Walking for exercise is one of the most important forms of physical activity you can do. This is a frequent topic and one that I’ve written about many times. It is easy, free, you can do it anywhere and at anytime and it is super duper healthy. Walking just 30 minutes 5 times a week, at a brisk pace, has tremendous health benefits.
